  • 1.原味卡仕达酱:取一个蛋黄,低筋面粉7g、白糖10g。
  • 2.原味卡仕达酱:用刮刀搅拌至顺滑。
  • 3.原味卡仕达酱:称取牛奶75g,小火烧热至冒小泡。
  • 4.原味卡仕达酱:加热的牛奶倒入蛋黄糊搅拌均匀。
  • 5.原味卡仕达酱:蛋奶糊过筛。
  • 6.原味卡仕达酱:一边搅拌一边小火加热至浓稠即可。
  • 7.泡芙:55g黄油、20g白糖、食盐2g、110g清水加入不粘锅中。
  • 8.水烧热,黄油搅拌融化后烧沸腾。
  • 9.关小火,筛入70g低粉。
  • 10.快速搅拌均匀,关火。
  • 11.面糊晾凉。两个鸡蛋打散,分多次加到面糊中搅拌均匀。
  • 12.面糊搅拌粘稠,挂在刮刀上自然留下后成倒挂的三角形即可。
  • 13.装入裱花袋挤成小星星。
  • 14.烤箱200度预热,200度烤制10分钟,再转180度烤制15-20分钟。
  • 15.用刀尖在泡芙底部划一个小口,挤入做好的卡仕达酱。
