葡萄干辫子面包
外皮有点脆脆的感觉,而里面超级的柔软,有葡萄干的香甜味,还有酸奶的些许酸味,这酸甜的搭配真是绝妙,吃上一口就能爱上它。

  • 葡萄干40g
  • 酵母6g
  • 1g
  • 全脂奶粉4g

Steps to make 葡萄干辫子面包

  • 1.高筋面粉、砂糖、全蛋液、全脂奶粉、酸奶、水、盐全部放入面包桶内,酵母放入酵母投入口,(没有投入口就直接加在桶内)启动面包面团程序开始面包醒面发面
  • 2.结束后取出面包桶,能拉出膜,但是容易破,而且膜比较厚(如果没有面包机的话就手揉面,边揉边摔打的手法也是可以的)
  • 3.葡萄干用温水提前泡着温水里可以加点砂糖,黄油隔水溶化
  • 4.面团取出,加入黄油揉至黄油完全吸收,黄油可分次加入
  • 5.揉好后加入挤干水的葡萄干,揉至葡萄干和面团混合均匀
  • 6.再次放入面包桶放入面包机,启动面包面团程序
  • 7.结束后取出,轻轻一拉就出膜了
  • 8.面团等分成三等分,每份丙分成三份,分别搓成长条
  • 9.然后打辫子咯。辫子头部捏紧,尾部直接切掉,然后用手捏紧收到底下
  • 10.同样的方法做好几个摆入铺了油布的烤盘,放入烤箱中层,发酵程序开始再次发酵(烤箱没有这个功能的就盖上保鲜膜放温暖的地方发酵就可以)
  • 11.发酵至两倍大时取出,表面刷上一层全蛋液
  • 12.上面再撒些许砂糖,送入预热好的烤箱中层,上火220度,下火180度,烤至10分钟取出
