做一款适合自己口味的寿司
小县城很少有人卖寿司,因气候的缘故人们的饮食偏喜于酸辣香,偶尔有一家寿司店生意却不大好,大家对寿司的评价只在于尝尝味却不适合我们的口味。在网上看大家做寿司的成品图色彩鲜艳食欲感很强,也萌生了学做寿司的愿望,想做一款适合自己口味的寿司,让生活多一些味道。寿司的步骤和寿司醋都是和哈尼老师学的,只是按自己的口味增加了一些步骤。

  • 牛干巴一根
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 黄瓜一根
  • 火腿肠一根
  • 白醋20毫升

Steps to make 做一款适合自己口味的寿司

  • 1.1、制作寿司醋:白醋20毫升、白糖一大匙、盐一小匙放碗里,放锅里隔热水融化。
  • 2.2、把干巴切成薄片。
  • 3.3、干巴放油锅里煎香,放凉。
  • 4.4、放凉后的干巴放石臼里捣成细茸。
  • 5.5、鸡蛋打碗里加适量盐搅匀,放油锅煎成蛋饼,再切成长条。
  • 6.6、火腿肠切成四份放油锅煎香。黄瓜去皮切成长条。
  • 7.7、米饭拌上寿司醋,取一张寿司紫菜,把米饭均匀地铺在紫菜上。
  • 8.8、米饭中央铺上捣细的牛干巴。
  • 9.9、摆上黄瓜条、鸡蛋条、火腿肠。
  • 10.10、用寿司帘卷起来压实。
  • 11.11、刀口沾水把寿司切成小段摆盘即可食用。
