  • 1.小炒三黄鸡主料---三黄鸡。
  • 2.小炒三黄鸡辅料---青椒、红黄彩椒。
  • 3.鸡肉切成块。
  • 4.配菜全部切成片、葱姜蒜切片备用。
  • 5.鸡肉放入热水中焯水捞出控干备用。
  • 6.炒锅上火烧热放入花椒、大料、桂皮、香叶炸香。
  • 7.放入鸡肉翻炒至水分基本没有了,放入干辣椒、葱姜蒜翻炒。
  • 8.放入小米椒翻炒,在放入料酒、胡椒粉、生抽、老抽和少许糖翻炒。
