  • 1.猪小排焯水,去除血沫
  • 2.小排加水,水盖没小排为宜,倒入酱油、黄酒、八角
  • 3.盖上锅盖中火煮20分钟
  • 4.打开锅盖,捞出八角、放入陈皮,迷迭香、翻炒几下,大火煮7-8分钟
  • 5.尝味,如不够味可再加盐,倒入柠檬醋、冰糖、香油,调至最大火不停翻炒,使小排上色
  • 6.翻炒均匀待汁收得差不多了,即可出锅
