Steps to make 辣炒鸡肉

  • 1.把鸡腿上的肉剔下改刀成小块(骨头可以留来炖高汤),姜葱蒜小茴香花椒备好。
  • 2.热锅温油,放入姜葱蒜等香料和干辣椒,小火炒香。
  • 3.倒入鸡肉,翻炒,保持中火。
  • 4.翻炒到鸡肉无血水,放入耗油,继续翻炒均匀。
  • 5.调入少许白糖。
  • 6.一点酱油,一点盐,翻炒均匀,直到鸡肉熟透即可。
