  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.肉丝加入酱油、1个鸡蛋、适量淀粉。
  • 3.搅匀腌制片刻。
  • 4.将葱切成均匀细丝。
  • 5.剩下的鸡蛋蛋清和蛋黄分开,蛋清中加入适量红曲粉和玉米淀粉。
  • 6.小火摊成蛋饼。
  • 7.油锅中放入适量白糖、甜面酱、番茄酱炒匀。
  • 8.放入腌制好的肉丝继续翻炒熟。
  • 9.将葱丝铺在盘底,肉丝放在葱丝上,将蛋饼摆在周围即可。
