Steps to make 花生酱手撕面包

  • 1.将除了黄油后所有的材料放入面包机中, 选择一个和面的程序;
  • 2. 10分钟后加入软化的黄油;
  • 3. 搅拌好的面团放入盆中, 盖上保鲜膜, 冷藏发酵到2.5-3倍大;
  • 4. 发好的面团拍气后团成圆形,再盖上保鲜膜, 饧上15分钟;
  • 5.将模具的内壁用黄油涂抹薄薄的一层;
  • 6. 饧好的面团尽量擀成长方形;
  • 7.7. 在面片表面涂抹一层薄薄的花生酱;
  • 8. 用融化的黄油再在涂抹一遍;
  • 9.将涂抹好的面包片切成等宽的细长条;
  • 10. 将它们跌放在一起, 再切成等宽的面片;
  • 11. 将折叠好的面片放入模具中;
  • 12. 将烤箱设定在发酵档位上, 再放入一碗开水, 让它在温暖湿润的烤箱中发酵;
  • 13.当面团发酵到模具的八分满的时候, 拿出来, 表面上涂抹一层蛋液;
  • 14. 再在表面撒些烘烤过的杏仁片;
  • 15. 烤箱预热到180度,将它们放入进去, 中下层, 烘烤35分钟;
  • 16. 约15分钟时在上面放层锡纸,以免上色过深,烘烤完成后拿出来放凉;
