猪肉炖粉条
寒冷的冬天已经过去,天空露出微蓝的晴。新鲜的泥土气息和空气让人超市中还有大白菜在卖。说实话,现在买到手的大白菜真不如冬天的好。无论是卖相还是水分,总觉得欠了那么一点。提起大白菜,那可是白菜之王,营养全,价格尤其亲民。作为冬季专属菜类之一,餐桌上更是少不了它的身影。无论是做菜还是入馅,不吃白菜就等于冬天白过了。
猪肉白菜炖粉条,是想起来都会温暖都会流口水的一道菜,想着就会想吸溜一口,配馒头配米饭,都是经典家常下饭的搭配。

  • 五花肉200克
  • 粉条1把
  • 3克
  • 酱油3勺
  • 姜片4片
  • 八角2个

Steps to make 猪肉炖粉条

  • 1.红薯粉条放进开水锅煮1分钟左右使其变软。捞出放在一个装水的容器中备用。
  • 2.准备好五花肉片,姜片,八角,和葱花。
  • 3.白菜切成粗丝或者是块。
  • 4.锅中放入适量油,油热后依次放入八角,姜片和葱花爆香。
  • 5.放入五花肉翻炒至肉变白。
  • 6.加入白菜,再加入盐2克,酱油3勺,盖上盖子中小火焖2分钟左右。
  • 7.等白菜的水份出来,加入粉条,先不要翻拌,再焖三分钟左右,让白菜出的汤浸透粉条,如果觉得水分不足也可以酌情加些热水。最后白菜变软,汤汁减少时,翻炒匀即可。
  • 8.盛盘。
