  • 淡奶油80g
  • 白砂糖35g
  • 鸡蛋液40g
  • 酵母3g
  • 1g
  • 黄油15g

Steps to make 淡奶油吐司

  • 1.材料准备好。
  • 2.放进一个盆里搅拌成絮后,揉成一个面团。
  • 3.面团会有点稀,会粘手,可以适量加一点面粉或把一点黄油涂在手上防粘。
  • 4.加入黄油后继续努力揉成一个光滑的面团,放入下面有热水的锅中发酵至一到两倍大。
  • 5.发酵好的面团平均分成三份,擀成长条形后从上往下卷起,放入吐司模中二次发酵至两倍大。
  • 6.放入烤箱170度烘烤40分钟中途再盖锡纸,然后就出炉了。
  • 7.成品图。
