小黄人面包

  • 可可粉5克
  • 南瓜粉12克
  • 巧克力1块
  • 装饰糖片少许

Steps to make 小黄人面包

  • 1.除了黄油,把鸡蛋,酵母,糖,水,面粉放到一起!
  • 2.先用手揉成团!
  • 3.放入面包机中!
  • 4.启动和面功能半小时!
  • 5.剖面结束后放入黄油,继续启用揉面功能半小时,揉出手套膜,然后发酵两小时!
  • 6.发酵好了之后取出,然后分成三块面团,一个稍微大一点的放入南瓜粉揉均匀,两个小一点的面团分别放入可可粉揉成可可面团,一个滴入蓝色可食用色素揉成蓝色面团!如图!
  • 7.把发酵好的南瓜粉面团取出,分成均匀的一个个的剂子!
  • 8.蓝面团擀成片之后切成八块,然后用裱花嘴作出小黄人裤子的样子!
  • 9.放入豆沙馅!
  • 10.收拢包好之后揉成椭圆形!
  • 11.然后用处理好的蓝色面片包好,如图,当做裤子!
  • 12.可可面团取小块揉成如图的样子,或者是分成两个圆团都可以!
  • 13.然后摆好,当做脚丫子,如图!
  • 14.之后放入烤箱,发酵模式,两个小时,之后拿出抹上蛋液,放入烤箱170°中层十五分钟即可!中途五分钟左右的时候要盖上锡纸,保证颜色!
  • 15.最后巧克力放入裱花袋中加热融化,然后画到烤好的面包上,当上装饰糖片就可以了!
