    Steps to make 糖醋鱼片

    • 1.鱼身片出两片鱼肉,一分为三。
    • 2.鱼肉取出鱼肚处鱼骨。
    • 3.鱼骨切条,鱼肉切片。
    • 4.把处理好的鱼肉鱼骨放在一个大碗里,下适量的盐和五香粉。
    • 5.一个鸡蛋和适量的淀粉。
    • 6.充分拌匀后放置十分钟。
    • 7.炒锅下多点的油,待油热时,把鱼骨放油锅里炸至金黄后捞出。
    • 8.全部炸好后,锅里的油再次烧热。
    • 9.等油温升高。所有鱼块再复炸一次。
    • 10.捞出控油。
    • 11.锅里留底油,下适量的番茄酱。
    • 12.滴少许陈醋。
    • 13.加入一点白糖。
    • 14.翻炒均匀。
    • 15.再倒入炸好的鱼片翻炒,使每片鱼肉外面都能粘上糖醋汁。
