  • 韩式辣酱1.5勺
  • 番茄酱3勺
  • 面粉50克
  • 酱油3勺
  • 蒜粉0.5勺
  • 黑椒末1勺

Steps to make 韩式炸鸡

  • 1.鸡翅洗净拿厨房纸吸干水,用少许盐、糖、酱油、鸡粉、胡椒粉、料酒,黑椒末、蒜粉(可无)腌制1小时以上
  • 2.用一只鸡蛋、少许水和35克面粉混合至粉浆状
  • 3.先将鸡翅裹上面粉
  • 4.再沾粉浆
  • 5.下锅炸至金黄色,取出。放置5分钟再下锅小火炸5分钟(这步很重要哦,这样鸡翅才会脆)
  • 6.一定要记得炸两次哦
  • 7.炸好的鸡翅(其实现在已经可以吃了哦,可以拿出一半做不沾酱口味的炸鸡)
  • 8.酱是用一勺半的辣酱、2勺蜂蜜、1勺糖、2勺酱油、3勺番茄酱和少许水混合,在平底锅中煮至粘稠,再把鸡翅倒进锅中拌匀。
  • 9.葱切成丝状,撒上芝麻,就完成了,是不是很吸引呢~
