  • 1.食材:小香菇、油菜
  • 2.油菜洗净,在根部十字切开
  • 3.大蒜切末
  • 4.处理好的油菜放入沸水中焯水,焯水时加入一小勺食盐和几滴食用油。
  • 5.焯过水捞出摆盘。
  • 6.锅中放入食用油,放入蒜末爆香。
  • 7.爆香后放入香菇小火煸炒出香菇水汽
  • 8.加入蚝油、生抽和适量水大火烧沸后改小火焖几分钟
  • 9.焖至香菇入味用水淀粉勾芡
  • 10.炒制芡汁浓稠关火
  • 11.把香菇摆在之前炒好的油菜上,浇上汤汁就好了。
