懒猫吐司
最近一直看到网上爆火的动物面包,萌萌哒太可爱了,
于是自己也动手学着做起来,第一次尝试做小动物,
整得不咋滴,但还是挺可爱的,微博有发过成品图,
朋友都说像只慵懒的加菲猫,感觉有点意思,
乘热打铁,博客上也发吧,
使用了CHEFMADE学厨家的450g滑盖吐司模,
真的太好用了,轻轻一磕,吐司就出来了,而且一点都不沾。

  • 蛋液25克
  • 3克
  • 酵母4克
  • 165克
  • 黄油25克
  • 可可粉4克
  • 黑巧克力1粒

Steps to make 懒猫吐司

  • 1.把除黄油以外的所有材料放入面包桶中,设置和面程序,启动;
  • 2.20分钟后加入黄油,再次和面程序启动;
  • 3.和面结束后,拿出面团等分两份,其中一份加入可可粉用手揉匀,双色面团放入面包桶,用油纸隔开进行基础发酵;
  • 4.面团发至2倍大;
  • 5.取出面团排气,原味面团均分成9份,可可面团均分成10份,滚圆松弛15分钟;
  • 6.把6个原味面团如图放置;
  • 7.把6个可可面团如图放置第二层;
  • 8.把剩余4个可可面团放置第三层;
  • 9.剩下3个原味面团,其中两个面团做猫的身体,另一个面团,取出部分做猫的耳朵和尾巴,滚圆做猫头;
  • 10.猫的身体,面团搓长些,两端依次如图向内折;
  • 11.按上猫头,猫耳朵,猫尾巴;
  • 12.轻轻放入吐司模中,进行最后发酵;
  • 13.发酵结束后,刷上蛋液;
  • 14.烤箱预热170度,放入吐司模,下层,烤40分钟,中途看懒猫表面上色后盖上锡纸,烤好后,出炉放凉;
  • 15.裱糊袋内加入一粒黑巧克力,隔温水融化;
  • 16.等吐司放凉后,裱花袋剪小口画出猫的五官和身上花纹。
