Steps to make 紫菜包饭

  • 1.准备好材料和寿司的竹帘。
  • 2.准备工作:整根黄瓜、胡萝卜、火腿肠,蟹肉棒切成细长条。锅中放少许油,用小火将鸡蛋摊成薄薄的饼(加少许盐即可),取出后切成细长条。 胡萝卜条可以在锅里煸一下。用糯米和大米按1:3的比例煮米饭,然后将适量的盐,芝麻,香油,苹果醋撒入米饭中,并搅拌均匀。
  • 3.在竹帘上平铺一张紫菜,将搅拌好的米饭放在紫菜上抹平,大概0.5cm厚度
  • 4.将准备好的黄瓜条、胡萝卜条、鸡蛋条、火腿条、桔梗条,蟹肉棒依次放在饭的上面,然后用力把紫菜卷起来,卷成一个细长的卷。
  • 5.所有的卷都卷好以后,把做好的紫菜卷切成小段。刀子锋利并且沾点水,切起来会容易,而且切出来的样子会更好看哦。
