    Steps to make 红烧狮子头

    • 1.原料图如上图所示。
    • 2.肉糜和姜末,香葱混合。
    • 3.肉糜加盐蚝油老抽胡椒粉,面包糠,淀粉,料酒,一个鸡蛋,顺时针搅拌上劲。
    • 4.抓起来在两个手之间摔几下摁平,放一个鹌鹑蛋,再来回摔盛光滑的圆型。
    • 5.做好的狮子头入八成热油锅炸定型,小火炸两三分钟。
    • 6.炸好的狮子头。
    • 7.锅里放水,冰糖,生姜片,生抽一汤勺,老抽三分之一汤勺,料酒三汤勺,高汤半碗,煮开。
    • 8.狮子头放进去,炖半小时。
    • 9.收汁勾芡,调点味精即可。
