欧式面包
前两天做了一款欧式三角面包,家人感觉比甜面包好吃,今天又做了一款果脯拉丝欧式面包,不仅颜色漂亮诱人,而且口感更加丰富、外酥里软、香气宜人、百吃不厌。

  • 酵母3g
  • 弥猴桃果片3片
  • 黄油少许
  • 迷迭香料少许
  • 菜籽油10g
  • 白糖25g

Steps to make 欧式面包

  • 1.将所有材料放入面包机中和面。
  • 2.和面中。
  • 3.面团发酵完成。
  • 4.取出面团揉至均匀。
  • 5.分成3个等量的剂子揉成团。
  • 6.二次饧发完成,筛入薄面粉。
  • 7.切割成一字口,将黄油碎放入割口处。
  • 8.弥猴桃果片切成丝状。
  • 9.适量放入这割口处。
  • 10.撒上马苏里拉丝。
  • 11.烤箱先预热5至10分钟。上火190度、下火170度烤20分钟。
  • 12.欧式面包新鲜出炉了,香喷喷的,外酥里软、还有迷迭香料的香气(面包烤5钟打开烤箱,这时马苏里拉丝已融化撒上迷迭香料刚好粘上不掉)、颜色美观漂亮。
  • 13.掰开看看膨松柔软。
