可可味乳酪蛋糕

  • 低筋面粉25g

  • 白砂糖40g
  • 白醋1g

Steps to make 可可味乳酪蛋糕

  • 1.奶油奶酪加入牛奶放入盆中,做热水搅拌至融化,顺滑无颗粒。
  • 2.加入融化的黄油,搅拌至融化状态,看不见油星。
  • 3.先放入一个蛋黄搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再放入一个,以此类推,三个蛋黄依次放入,这样搅拌成的面糊更加细腻均匀。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉和可可粉。
  • 6.三个蛋白加入白砂糖和白醋几滴,打发至有明显纹路,提起有坚挺的小勾勾。
  • 7.把蛋白霜加入可可糊中,用切拌的搅拌方法搅拌至均匀顺滑。
  • 8. 可可糊倒入六寸蛋糕模中放入烤箱150度烘烤60分钟。
  • 9.晾凉后脱模切块。
  • 10.浓浓的可可味加上奶酪味非常好吃。
