Steps to make 冰皮月饼

  • 1.所需材料,牛奶、糖粉、色拉油、糯米粉、粘米粉、澄面、豆沙馅、
  • 2.在盆里倒入牛奶、色拉油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入过筛的糖粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入过筛的糯米粉、粘米粉、澄面。
  • 5.把所有的材料充分搅拌均匀,成为稀面糊。
  • 6.然后入蒸锅,大火蒸15-20分钟即可蒸熟。
  • 7.糯米粉适量,倒入锅里炒一下,就是糕粉。
  • 8.蒸好的面皮揉匀。
  • 9.冷却后的冰皮分成40克一个剂,豆沙馅23克一个剂。
  • 10.在手上拍点糕粉防粘,然后将冰皮放在手心上,压扁,放上一块馅料。
  • 11.用冰皮把馅料包起来,并慢慢往上堆。直到把馅料全部包起来,收口。
  • 12.包起来的月饼粘一点糕粉。
  • 13.用月饼模具挤压成型
  • 14.做好的冰皮月饼先放冰箱里冷藏一下再吃,口感更好。
