  • 黑芝麻1大匙
  • 细砂糖20克
  • 牛奶120克
  • 2克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 完美SPA成就口感爆棚的极品面包——极致柔软好吃的红薯枫糖包

  • 1.1、先制做红薯浇头,把红薯切成玉米粒大小,软化黄油切小块备用。(红薯浇头材料:红薯100克、枫叶糖浆40克、黄油5克、软化黄油40克)
  • 2.2、锅中放5克黄油融化后把红薯稍炒一下离火,再倒入软化黄油。
  • 3.3、倒入枫叶糖浆拌匀。
  • 4.4、将面包材料中除黄油外的所有材料放一起揉至光滑面团,再加入黄油揉至扩展阶段,进行第一次发酵。
  • 5.5、发好的面团取出排气,分割成20克一个的小面团,盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟,再重新揉圆。
  • 6.6、把揉好的面团在浇头中滚一下捞出,模具中铺油纸,先铺一层小面团再铺一层红薯丁,再铺一层小面团,中间再铺一层红薯丁,尽量露出面团的顶部,进行第二次发酵。
  • 7.7、发好的发团上再浇上浇头液体,烤箱预热185度烤20分钟左右。
