Steps to make 油焖虾

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.把虾剪去须,在虾的第三第四节处挑出虾线,洗干净,用料酒腌制10分钟左右
  • 3.葱切段,姜切片备用
  • 4.用一小碗加入生抽1茶匙,醋半茶匙,白糖1茶匙,水2茶匙,淀粉半茶匙调拌均匀
  • 5.锅里倒油加热到6成热的时候倒入虾翻炒至变色,然后捞出
  • 6.留底油爆香葱姜
  • 7.倒入调制好的调味料
  • 8.再倒入虾,翻炒均匀,中小火焖3分钟,最后大火收汁,加入盐和鸡精即可
  • 9.装盘,很香,开吃...
