蓝莓酱冻芝士蛋糕

Steps to make 蓝莓酱冻芝士蛋糕

  • 1.奥利奥饼干放入保鲜袋中。奥利奥饼干去掉中间白色部分)用擀面杖压碎。
  • 2.黄油放入碗中,隔热水融化。
  • 3.把融化黄油倒入饼干碎中。
  • 4.充分拌匀
  • 5.模具底部铺一张油纸,将拌好的饼干碎倒入模具中,用手压实待用。
  • 6.将2片吉利丁片放入冷水中泡软(如果用鱼胶粉,就将鱼胶粉和清水拌匀,再隔热水加热至完全融化)。
  • 7.将泡软的吉利丁片捞出,沥干水分,放入容器中,隔热水加热至融化备用(将碗暂时放在热水中,让吉利丁片保持融化状态)。
  • 8.奶油奶酪放入盆中,底下再放个温水盆(35-40度之间),隔着温水将奶油奶酪搅拌成粘稠顺滑无颗粒状。
  • 9.将淡奶油加砂糖搅打至6分发。
  • 10.将打发的奶油倒入奶油奶酪糊中。在将两者充分拌匀。
  • 11.倒入融化的吉利丁。再加入蓝莓果酱。
  • 12.将所有原料充分拌匀,即成蓝莓果酱奶酪糊。
  • 13.把拌好的奶酪糊倒入铺好饼底的模具中。放入冰箱冷藏,至奶酪糊凝固。
  • 14.将1大勺蓝莓果酱倒入碗中
  • 15.加入约100克凉开水搅匀。
  • 16.1片吉利丁片用冷水泡软,捞出,沥干水分,再放入容器中隔热水加热至融化。
  • 17.将融化的吉利丁片和蓝莓果酱汁拌匀,晾凉,即成镜面果胶。
  • 18.将凉透的镜面果胶倒入已经凝固的冻饼表面。放入冰箱冷藏,至镜面凝固,用热毛巾在模具外包裹住,停留1-2分钟,即可脱模,或者用电吹风在模具外吹1小会,也很容易脱模。
