翻冰箱的时候找到条带皮的巴沙鱼,加了些韩式调料腌制了下,烤出来味道还不错。搭配点带蔬菜的米饭,不失为简单又美好的一餐。

  • 蘑菇2朵
  • 大蒜2瓣
  • 生姜几片
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 小葱1根
  • 蜂蜜2勺
  • 米醋1勺半
  • 韩式辣椒酱1勺
  • 生抽少许
  • 少许
  • 胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 韩式蜂蜜烤巴沙鱼

  • 1.主要材料备齐。
  • 2.西兰花切小朵,白玉菇切两段,蘑菇切片;小葱、生姜、大蒜切末备用;
  • 3.先用电饭煲煮饭。接着将巴沙鱼室温解冻,略冲洗后用厨房用纸吸干水分备用;找一个小的器皿,将蜂蜜、米醋、韩式辣椒酱、生抽调匀;调匀后加入切好的蒜末、姜末和麻油调匀;
  • 4.将巴沙鱼切成大小均等的几段,均匀的涂抹上蜂蜜酱汁放冰箱冷藏约30分钟;
  • 5.巴沙鱼腌制冷藏期间,将西兰花切小朵焯水后,与切好的蘑菇和白玉菇加盐和胡椒粉旺火炒个2~3分钟,拌入煮好的米饭中即可;
  • 6.将腌好的鱼拿出,烤盘内铺上锡纸,均匀的刷上一层橄榄油,摆好巴沙鱼段,烤箱预热190度烤5分钟;
  • 7.烤好后取出翻面再刷一层腌制酱料再烤5分钟;
  • 8.将烤好的鱼排放在鲜蔬饭上,撒上芝麻和葱末就完成了。
