干菜炖老豆腐

    Steps to make 干菜炖老豆腐

    • 1.肉切末,用盐鸡精腌制片刻。蒜切茸,韭菜切段。红椒切丁。
    • 2.锅热倒少许油,放花椒出香味,捞出花椒,(如果会吃花椒可以不用捞出)放入蒜末,肉末,炒熟。
    • 3.先装入小碗。
    • 4.锅里倒入适量的清水,水开放入老豆腐。
    • 5.用锅铲把豆腐切厚片。
    • 6.加入生抽,白糖盐等调料。
    • 7.撒上一把干菜。用中火略炖入味。
    • 8.中途把炒好的肉末倒入豆腐上面,撒上红椒丁。盖好锅盖煮一分钟。
    • 9.撒上韭菜段,装盘。
