Steps to make 清蒸华子鱼

  • 1.华子鱼解冻后加少许盐涂均匀。
  • 2.添加葱姜,放到鱼肚子里一部分。
  • 3.加适量料酒,裹均匀腌制几分钟。
  • 4.蒸锅加水烧开,将华子鱼入锅蒸7、8分钟。
  • 5.葱切成条放在冷水中浸泡几分钟,浸泡后自然打卷。不喜欢打卷的 从不必浸泡。
  • 6.蒸熟的华子鱼放在鱼池中,添加葱。倒入蒸鱼豉油。
  • 7.将油烧热,淋在鱼上。
  • 8. 即可享用。
