法式土司-用剩下的面包做奢华法式早餐
法式土司,法语叫Pain Perdu, 意思就是“丢失的面包”。法国人的每顿餐少不了法棍等面包,而这种面包过了一两天因为水分增发而变得非常硬,很快就吃不了,法国人就开始用这些“丢失的面包”-剩下来的面包,做一些土司,这就是Pain Perdu,英文叫 French toast,后来传到欧洲各国及美国,也升级到各种口味并漂亮外观的早餐之一。

  • 牛奶60ml
  • 橙子1个(可选)
  • 香草精半小勺
  • 肉桂粉半小勺

Steps to make 法式土司-用剩下的面包做奢华法式早餐

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.用切片器最小的洞洞打碎橙子皮,小心不要切带有苦味的白色的部分,只要外面橙子皮
  • 3.加上香草精
  • 4.打下鸡蛋
  • 5.加牛奶,最后加肉桂粉,一起搅拌好
  • 6.把面包切片,放进刚搅拌好的蛋汁里放30秒钟左右,小心不要过于浸泡,要不然面包会弄碎
  • 7.开锅,放下黄油,等黄油融化好了放刚才泡过蛋汁里的面包烤一两分钟反过来继续烤
  • 8.吃的时候上面可以放上一些橙子或其他水果,也可以加上原味酸奶等一起吃
