咖啡奶油巧克力蛋糕

  • 可可粉15克
  • 细砂糖70克
  • 咖啡奶油:咖啡粉5克
  • 淡奶油200克
  • 开水10克
  • 糖粉20克

Steps to make 咖啡奶油巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.分离蛋白和蛋黄,蛋黄中加入20克细砂糖搅打至砂糖融化。
  • 2.分次加入色拉油搅打均匀。
  • 3.加入水搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋粉和可可粉,混合成可可面糊。
  • 5.蛋白放入干净的盆中,分三次加入剩余的50克砂糖打发至提起打蛋器会出现小尖角。
  • 6.先取一半的蛋白到可可面糊中,翻拌均匀,再将面糊倒入蛋白盆中翻拌均匀。
  • 7.将面糊盛入纸杯中,约八分满。烤箱预热,180度,上下火,中层,烤约15分钟。取出冷却。
  • 8.将咖啡粉用开水冲泡备用。
  • 9.淡奶油加糖粉隔冰水打发至出现明显的纹路,打蛋器会出现小尖角。
  • 10.将咖啡液倒入淡奶油中搅拌均匀。
  • 11.按照自己的喜好装饰蛋糕即可。
