Steps to make 自制驴打滚

  • 1.糯米面中添加适量水,将糯米粉搅拌成面团,(水添加至面不占手为合适)
  • 2.盘子内涂上色拉油,将面团按平置盘中,入蒸锅蒸20分钟。
  • 3.面团蒸熟后放一边晾凉备用,趁此时间将黄豆面放入锅中炒熟备用
  • 4.将晾凉的面团,放入涂抹色拉油的保鲜膜内擀平。
  • 5.在擀平的面皮上涂抹豆沙馅。并卷起,
  • 6.将卷好的面团放入炒熟的豆面中,滚上豆面。
  • 7.滚好豆面后,切成小块食用
