1、开通疏利,消积下气
莴笋味道清新且略带苦味,可刺激消化酶分泌,增进食欲,莴笋乳状浆液,可增强胃液和胆汁的分泌,从而促进消化,对消化能力较弱和便秘的病人尤其有利。
2、宽肠通便
莴笋含有大量植物纤维素,能促进肠道蠕动,通利消化道,帮助大便排出,可用于缓解便秘。
