Steps to make 板栗烧鸡翅

  • 1.准备鸡翅中和鲜板栗
  • 2.姜葱蒜切好备用
  • 3.板栗掰开两半
  • 4.鸡翅中烫一下水捞起来切块
  • 5.锅里烧热油把鸡翅放进去煎
  • 6.煎好反过来煎另一面,顺便把姜蒜放进去
  • 7.待另一面也差不多煎好的时候加一勺番茄酱
  • 8.两勺生抽
  • 9.一勺蚝油
  • 10.适量的白糖
  • 11.混合所有调料翻炒均匀再把板栗放进去翻炒一会
  • 12.加适量温水没过板栗和鸡翅
  • 13.大火烧开转小火烧至汤汁快收干的时候,尝尝味道,不够再加点盐调味
  • 14.最后撒上葱花就可以出锅了
  • 15.这绝对是一道好吃又下饭的家常菜,喜欢的学起来。
