蔓越莓奶酪焗红薯
焗红薯好吃,烤的时间又不长。给孕妇吃,油和糖都减半,并且有奶酪可以补钙。
今天做的蔓越莓奶酪焗红薯,加了酸甜的蔓越莓,真的比不加要好吃多了。

  • 奶酪丝100克
  • 蔓越莓50克
  • 淡奶油40克
  • 绵白糖15克
  • 炼乳15克

Steps to make 蔓越莓奶酪焗红薯

  • 1.原料图。蔓越莓提前用温水泡软。
  • 2.红薯对半切开。尽量切均匀。上锅蒸20分钟。
  • 3.把红薯瓤挖出来,注意皮不要挖太薄,留点肉。
  • 4.红薯瓤+黄油丁+蛋黄+蔓越莓+淡奶油+炼乳+绵白糖一起搅拌均匀成泥。因为红薯泥是热的,所以搅拌黄油会融化。
  • 5.把搅拌好的红薯泥装进红薯皮,上面撒奶酪丝,用蔓越莓装饰一下。
  • 6.烤箱预热,190度,中层20-25分钟。
