Steps to make 牛奶蜂蜜麻花

  • 1.准备好食材,面粉200G,酵母3G,蜂蜜20G,白糖30G,鸡蛋1个,盐1G,奶粉20G,牛奶70G,油适量。
  • 2.将面粉,白糖,盐,奶粉混合放入桶中。
  • 3.加入蜂蜜和鸡蛋。
  • 4.牛奶加温至35度,放入酵母混匀,启动面包机和面发酵。没有面包机的放在阳光下发酵至二倍大。
  • 5.面板抹油,将发酵好的面团排气,揉几下,将油吸入。
  • 6.分成大小相同的面剂子,饧10分钟。
  • 7.搓长条对折。
  • 8.双手反方向搓成麻花状。
  • 9.再对折,反方向拧成麻花。
  • 10.再饧10分钟。
  • 11.锅中放油,中火烧至五成热。
  • 12.放入麻花,中关炸至金黄色。
  • 13.要记得翻哦,不然会黑黑的。
  • 14.成品!
  • 15.外皮酥酥的,不太甜,一手油!
