  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 蚝油2/1汤匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 番茄酱少许
  • 蜂蜜1茶匙
  • 白糖少许
  • 黑胡椒粉1茶匙

Steps to make 黑胡椒烤翅

  • 1.材料准备好
  • 2.鸡翅洗净控干水分,用叉子或牙签在表皮插一些小孔
  • 3.姜切丝,和鸡翅一起拌匀
  • 4.调入生抽、蚝油、料酒、番茄酱、蜂蜜、食盐、白糖抓匀
  • 5.调入现磨黑胡椒粉
  • 6.拌匀后,放入冰箱腌制一晚,让其充分入味(不够时间也要腌制3小时以上)
  • 7.第2日拿出,放到烤网上,190度,烤35分钟
  • 8.中途拿出刷一层酱汁
