小猪豆沙包

    Steps to make 小猪豆沙包

    • 1.材料:面粉、甜根粉、豆沙馅、酵母、奶粉
    • 2.酵母溶于温水静置5分钟,把酵母水倒入面粉中。
    • 3.揉成表面光滑的面团。
    • 4.甜根粉加入少许沸水搅匀备用。
    • 5.将面团分成所需的量加入天然色素揉制。
    • 6.揉至均匀上色。
    • 7.放入容器中在温暖的地方发酵至两倍大。
    • 8.发酵好的面团揉匀滚圆,进行15分钟中间发酵。
    • 9.分成所需的小份,包入豆沙馅料。
    • 10.收口朝下捏紧,作小猪身体。
    • 11.粉色面团擀薄片压成片,当作猪耳朵。(我用的饼干模具驯鹿的嘴)
    • 12.鼻子用圆形面片擀成椭圆,用筷子在上面扎两个眼当鼻孔;搓一小根面条绕个半八字按在后面作猪尾巴。
    • 13.点缀黑芝麻做眼睛。
    • 14.做好的小猪放入蒸锅中,再发酵约20-30分钟,开火蒸。
    • 15.大火蒸开后转小火15分钟。关火后焖3分钟再打开锅盖
