某天看到网上吃货自制豆腐,一下子来了兴趣,立马买了模具材料。现在的我,什么东西都想自己做,上瘾了,呵呵。

Steps to make 卤水豆腐

  • 1.黄豆提前一晚用清水泡上。
  • 2.分次用料理机打浆、过滤,倒入大锅烧开,关火凉七八分钟,凉到80度左右。
  • 3.盐卤用100克清水化开,慢慢倒入豆浆中,一两分钟后絮状豆腐花儿出现,水越来越清。
  • 4.模具铺上滤布。
  • 5.将豆腐花倒入模具。
  • 6.将滤布四面包好。
  • 7.将压板放入。
  • 8.上面压一个重物,约15分钟。
  • 9.完成,成品结实,按压有弹性。
  • 10.不错吧。
  • 11.中午做了麻婆豆腐,麻辣鲜香。
