黑芝麻酱面包
自己做面包很是随意,想到什么就放什么,就是那么的任性,黑芝麻酱是自己做的,不加任何防腐剂,吃着放心、吃着健康。

  • 奶粉30g
  • 核桃油20g
  • 绵白糖40g
  • 鸡蛋40g
  • 酵母粉3g
  • 1g
  • 100g

Steps to make 黑芝麻酱面包

  • 1.除黑芝麻酱的所有原料放面包桶内和成面团
  • 2.饧发至2倍大小
  • 3.取出面团分成两份便于操作,面团表面呈现蜂窝状,需要揉面排出里面的气泡
  • 4.将揉好的面团擀成圆饼
  • 5.舀上黑芝麻酱
  • 6.涂抹均匀
  • 7.轻轻托起面胚移至托盘上
  • 8.盖上另一张面片
  • 9.对称切4刀
  • 10.依次再对称着切8刀
  • 11.朝着同一个方向扭一下
  • 12.放到模具里二次发酵
  • 13.二发好的生胚
  • 14.表面刷蛋液,中间再撒少许黑芝麻
  • 15.送入提前预热的烤箱200度
  • 16.考30分钟即可(中途要加盖锡纸)
  • 17.时间结束后取出晾凉
