自制番茄酱
酱做好后趁热放入干净的密封瓶中,待凉放冰箱,可保存3星期。每次要用干净的勺子取酱。番茄酱比市售的好吃些,而且不会添加其它乱七八糟的东西。可以用来炒饭、伴意面、做汤、焗豆等。

Steps to make 自制番茄酱

  • 1.顶部用刀抠出
  • 2.底部用刀划十字
  • 3.放在开水中烫一分钟
  • 4.捞出去皮
  • 5.把番茄捣碎,不要太碎,有点果肉更有口感
  • 6.把碎番茄、冰糖、柠檬汁放在锅内, 小火煮40分钟以上,其间要搅拌防糊底
  • 7.待汤汁浓稠没有太多水分时加入盐拌匀装瓶
