糯米鸡
糯米鸡是武汉人过早的常见传统小吃之一.武汉的糯米鸡与鸡没什么关系,有的说炸好后的糯米鸡外表凸凹不平,形如鸡皮.另一种说是形如鸡头.为何这种叫法,也没有考证.
做汽水包剩下糯米馅,做了简易版的糯米鸡.外层酥脆,内馅软糯口味还不错,受到家人好评.

    Steps to make 糯米鸡

    • 1.糯米馅加葱花拌均匀.
    • 2.用手捏成圆团.
    • 3.蛋液+水搅拌好.
    • 4.面粉+胡椒+盐+蛋液调成面糊.
    • 5.把做好的糯米团放入面糊中裹好.
    • 6.锅内放油烧至7成热,放入糯米团炸至金黄.
    • 7.沥干油装盘即好.
