Steps to make 酱烧鲫鱼

  • 1.新鲜鲫鱼洗净用厨房用纸擦干水份。
  • 2.不沾锅放少许油下入鲫鱼。
  • 3.两面煎黄,一定要煎透鱼才没有腥味。
  • 4.准备豆瓣酱。
  • 5.把煎黄的鲫鱼推向锅边,把葱姜蒜和一勺豆瓣酱放入锅中炒香。
  • 6.翻动鲫鱼让鲫鱼身上裹上豆瓣酱,烹些黄酒。
  • 7.加入生抽,蚝油,糖,淋入热水烧煮。
  • 8.烧煮后,大火收汁,不停的晃动锅,让鱼裹上酱汁,放入鸡粉,等汁浓些就好!
  • 9.成品,洒上香菜碎增色!
  • 10.酱香浓郁,鲜香味美!
