金枪鱼紫菜包饭(懒人版)
有朋友突然来访不知道做点什么,就用最懒人的方法做了个紫菜包饭。虽然不是很好看,但味道还是很靠谱的。1个200g的金枪鱼罐头差不多够做6卷紫菜包饭。

Steps to make 金枪鱼紫菜包饭(懒人版)

  • 1.准备一个200g的金枪鱼罐头和200g的沙拉酱,我用的是丘比沙拉酱香甜味的。还有一根黄瓜。
  • 2.把金枪鱼罐头和沙拉酱倒到一个碗里搅拌均匀,成块的金枪鱼要碾碎。200g的沙拉酱我接近用光了,沙拉酱可以根据个人口味适当减少。根据采购的金枪鱼罐头的咸淡程度也可以适当的加点盐进行调整。一般都可以不用加盐。
  • 3.蒸3碗米饭。蒸好的米饭加上1勺香油和半勺盐搅拌均匀,放在一旁备用。
  • 4.黄瓜切成细条备用。
  • 5.取一张寿司海苔放在寿司卷上,米饭均匀的铺上去,不要铺满哦,大约铺到2/3左右就可以了。
  • 6.把拌好的金枪鱼涂上去,再放一两根黄瓜条上去。
  • 7.慢慢卷起来,记得卷的要紧实点哦。
  • 8.卷好之后不宜马上切,卷的末端朝下放置一会,等紫菜稍微软化一些了再切。切的时候要慢慢切,不要太用力,刀刃用油擦一遍更容易切。
