Steps to make 家常甜甜圈,在家轻松搞定,外层酥脆甜蜜,内里松软,小朋友超爱吃。

  • 1.我们先做面团,取高筋面粉300克、酵母4克、白砂糖40克、盐2克、牛奶130克、鸡蛋1个,全部放入面包机搅拌。
  • 2.先搅拌至出比较粗的膜,加入室温软化完全的无盐黄油40克。
  • 3.继续搅拌至出薄薄的面包膜。
  • 4.取出揉好的面团,揉成圆面团。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜,室温发酵1小时,至两倍大。
  • 6.取出发酵好的面团,撒一点面粉防粘,排一下气,擀成1厘米厚的薄片。
  • 7.切出甜甜圈形状的面团,放在垫了油纸的烤盘上。
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜,继续松弛半小时左右。剩下的面团再放一起揉圆,继续松弛10分钟,再擀薄切出甜甜圈的形状。
  • 9.取一个不粘锅,油需要多一点,油温加热到6-7成热,放入松弛好的甜甜圈面团。
  • 10.然后全程小火,慢慢煎至两面金黄,即可捞出来放凉。
  • 11.接着我们做裹面的糖液,取无盐黄油35克、糖粉160克、牛奶35克、香草精2克,放一起混合均匀即可。
  • 12.把炸好的甜甜圈,均匀的裹满糖液,静置15分钟,表面慢慢凝固即可。
  • 13.甜甜圈,完成O(∩_∩)O。
  • 14.外层超甜蜜可口,入口酥脆、内里松软。
  • 15.虽然是油炸的方式,但一点不会感到油腻、非常好吃O(∩_∩)O
