  • 1.蒜8斤剥皮后用清水侵泡换水N次
  • 2.用适量的盐先腌制数小时
  • 3.9斤的醋烧加糖2斤烧开糖熔化冷却
  • 4.蒜捞出放入容器内倒入糖醋水腌制即可
  • 5.这是原来泡酒的瓶子十五斤装的
  • 6.糖(要根据个人的口味放)瓶子大还可以放几斤。
