    • 1.牛肉泡出血水切片。

    • 4.尖椒洗净切片备用。
    • 5.锅中倒入食用油烧热,放入牛肉翻炒至变色。
    • 6.放入葱、蒜、辣椒,继续翻炒2分钟左右。
    • 7.放入尖椒翻炒2分钟收汁。
    • 8.装入盘中。
