  • 酱油12克
  • 豆腐乳汁10克
  • 五香粉1克
  • 白糖15克

Steps to make 荷叶蒸肉

  • 1.将猪五花肉刮洗干净,切成约5 厘米长、3 厘米宽、0.3 厘米的片,放入盆内,加入酱油、甜面酱、白糖、豆腐乳汁、姜葱丝、五香粉拌匀,浸渍约20 分钟。
  • 2.入味后再放入大米粉拌匀,使米粉均匀地沾在肉片上。
  • 3.将荷叶用清水洗净,放入沸水内烫一下。
  • 4.每片肉片夹入香茹3、4片,放在荷叶上包成长方形,包完后逐一摆在蒸碗内。
  • 5.高压锅蒸约30 分钟取出,翻扣在盘中即成。
