【花样寿司】----里卷寿司
以简单为美味,以自然为美味,日本料理之所以逐渐在世界各地蔚然成风,受到越来越多人的喜爱,原因在此。而这其中,寿司尤其是这种美食简约哲学的极致表现。然而,吃寿司的门道却并不简单。

   回忆印象中所经历的好寿司,从外表上看,一致干干净净漂漂亮亮,微微闪烁着清朗的光泽。

   这是一款纯里卷寿司。所谓里卷即是米饭在外层的卷寿司,又称外卷和反卷。里卷寿司一般用的米饭要比内卷的多。此外,都是会再撒上芝麻,蟹籽之类的,做一点点缀。
   可是,我就是喜欢这原汁原味,纯净无比的里卷。什么都不撒,足够美丽和可口了呢。

    Steps to make 【花样寿司】----里卷寿司

    • 1.煮好的米饭趁热倒入寿司醋(一碗饭一汤匙寿司醋)。搅拌均匀。
    • 2.将鸡蛋打散煎成蛋饼,切条。
    • 3.胡萝卜切条,开水煮软。
    • 4.黄瓜切条、大根切条、火腿肠切条。
    • 5.取一个寿司帘,放保鲜膜,放一张海苔。
    • 6.倒入少许米饭。
    • 7.米饭从左自右,从上至下铺好,盖住海苔。
    • 8.翻面,使米饭放在底层。
    • 9.放上喜欢的菜和鸡蛋。撒上少许肉松。
    • 10.自下而上卷起来。卷的时候注意,随着卷动慢慢揭掉保鲜膜。
    • 11.全部卷好后再用保鲜膜卷一下。
    • 12.可以放冰箱冷藏10分钟,便于切块。切的时候将保鲜膜揭掉即可。
