饺子伴侣——蒜酱
比较重口味的蒜酱,东北吃饺子的蘸料。喜欢蒜味,但是剁的蒜末,总是有点粗,蘸的时候只能蘸到酱油醋,吃到蒜的时候都是小颗粒的,太刺激,于是乎姐的搅拌机又隆重登场了~~~~~~~~~~~

姐喜欢做什么都多做点,前几天做了两保鲜盒的皮冻,配着这个蒜酱,吃了好几天~~~~

    Steps to make 饺子伴侣——蒜酱

    • 1.蒜去皮,随便剁一下,更容易打碎。
    • 2.放入搅拌机,加点酱油。
    • 3.再加点醋。
    • 4.打成汁。
    • 5.倒入小碗中。
    • 6.加点辣椒油。
    • 7.如果觉得干,就再加点酱油或者醋。
    • 8.最后加点泡椒,搅拌均匀。装在带盖子的碗里,要不然时间长就蒸发干了。。。
