豆沙馅冰皮月饼

Steps to make 豆沙馅冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备好原材料。
  • 2.准备好需要的原料。
  • 3.把所有粉类倒在一起,放进锅里开小火翻炒,炒到面粉微黄,没有生粉为就可以。
  • 4.把紫苋菜汁用锅煮开倒进混合粉类里面,一边倒一边搅拌。
  • 5.将绵白糖、和色拉油倒进正在搅拌的混合粉类里,揉成光滑面团,静置十分钟。
  • 6.将豆沙馅分成30克一个,再把面团分成45克一个(我用的75克的模具)馅和皮的比例是4:6。
  • 7.取一个面团,用手掌按成小圆饼,中间放上豆沙馅。
  • 8.用左手食指和拇指往上慢慢推皮,右手可以帮着边转边辅助左手将馅料包住,封住口。
  • 9.将月饼模具里撒上糕粉(炒熟的糯米粉),晃匀模具,将多余的糕粉全部磕出来。
  • 10.将包好馅的圆团放进去。
  • 11.在案板上放平,往下压模具,就可以了。
  • 12.做好的冰皮月饼,因为是熟粉类做的所以可以直接吃了。
