芝麻猪肉松
以前出去逛街要回家的时候总会去面包店买上几款面包,我一般的就是红豆菠萝,但大朋友必须拿的就是肉松面包卷和肠仔包,这也是很多小朋友都喜欢的面包种类吧。其害吃多了甜的偶尔吃下咸味面包还是很喜欢的!
以前觉得炒肉松很麻烦也没做,这次终于把肉松做起了;有了面包机做肉松就是方便,肉内一煮再撕开往面包机一放、调料一配就没我什么什么了,该干吗干吗,到点就等着吃肉松吧!

  • 白糖一勺
  • 食用油一勺
  • 生抽一大勺

Steps to make 芝麻猪肉松

  • 1.终于把肉松做起了;有了面包机做肉松也很方便,肉内一煮再撕开往面包机一放、调料一配就没我什么什么了,该干吗干吗,到点就等着吃肉松吧!
  • 2.把瘦肉洗净切小块(容易煮熟点)
  • 3.姜切片,葱切段和瘦肉一起加水煮30分钟至成熟
  • 4.煮好的肉捞起沥干水份
  • 5.煮好的肉捞起沥干水份
  • 6.瘦肉丝放入面包机桶中,加入一勺白糖
  • 7.一勺生抽
  • 8.一勺玉米油
  • 9.盖上盖子,找到菜单“肉松”,启动面包机
  • 10.剩余二十分钟时放入芝麻继续搅拌烘烤
  • 11.程序结我看了下不怎么干又继续了20分钟,可以一直烤到自己想要的色泽就可以了
