    • 1.虾洗净,剪去虾须抽出虾线备用。
    • 2.毛豆去壳洗净备用。
    • 3.韩式辣椒酱和姜蒜,姜蒜切片。
    • 4.锅热注油倒入处理好的虾。
    • 5.小火慢慢炸至虾壳表面酥脆。
    • 6.炸好的虾盛起沥油备用。
    • 7.锅热用煸虾的油爆香姜蒜片。
    • 8.倒入毛豆小火煸炒至表皮变色断开。
    • 9.加入大虾一起翻炒片刻。
    • 10.倒入一大勺韩式辣椒酱。
    • 11.加入少许水炒匀。
    • 12.小火焖煮3分钟左右。
    • 13.最后倒入少许粗乌椒粉炒匀即可。
